the location was great. public transportation was very close. the staff was friendly (i especially enjoyed talking with the receptionist). the hotel provided free transportation tickets for the duration of my stay.

the room i stayed in included complimentary slippers and quality towels. the breakfast had very good coffee plus tea. i also found the staff was attentive, gentle, and available.
the parking lot was full when i arrived.

staff are amazing. they go out of their way to help me. the facility are generally clean and well maintained. i forgot my watch and the reception emailed me about it after i left. they also assisted me in delivery.
the hotel should explain that it is right on the busy main road. it is hard to pause with the car to ask where parking are.

the location is excellent. it is close to the tram and the river. it is also close to roche center and the conference center. public transportation access are very good from here.

the comfort double room are very comfy. the bed are comfortable. the shower are super hot. there are free drinks at the mini bar. it was a very good perk.

the staff at the reception are excellent. they are attentive and responsive to requests. the staff are very friendly. they are also helpful and efficient. their parking service was very convenient.

the breakfast are excellent. there is a possibility to make tea and coffee all day. the hotel are not huge and impersonal but on a human scale. it is a great perk that we were given passes to use local public transport for free.
